Luck has been working across various roles in Energy Sector from the beginning of his career. His professional background covers Chemical Engineer, Market Analyst, Business Development and Investment. Luck believes in challenging status-quo and creation of mutual value. His interest in entrepreneurship coupled with versatile experience leads to the founding of TOP Ventures which he currently leads the team.
Patpavara first joins CVC team with her goal to support the startup ecosystem and explore for new opportunities for the company. Her years of experience as a business development build up her business strategy and communication skills. She plays a vital role in strategizing and execution of TOP Ventures activity. She also has extensive experience in working under multi-cultural environment together with her ability to speak 4 languages.
Panalee began her career as an engineer in an oil exploration and production company after her graduation in electrical engineering. She later switched her career into Venture Capital in one of the leading refinery and green energy companies before joining TOP Ventures bringing experience in new energy and bio economy. Her achievement in strategic investments and go-to-market execution with multinational startups are her key success and a strong foundation for TOP Ventures partnership and investment execution.
Chanya has been working in Petroleum & Petrochemical industry throughout her career in business side ranging from commercial, pricing, data analytics to planning. Her Industrial Engineering background coupled with business and commercial experience allow her to see opportunities from both operational and business sides. Analytical skill and interest in Data Analytics are also her strong suit that bring fresh perspective to the team.
Chinchutha began her career in international banks working in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore specializing in capital markets. She supported Thai corporates and state-owned enterprises raising funds and provided financing recommendations through both onshore and offshore markets. With her interest in startup and innovation, she switched her career into venture capital bringing another unique experience to TOP Ventures team.
Chonlawat is a recent graduate who brings a fresh perspective to the team. Growing up in a multicultural environment, he considers himself a third culture individual with skills that are a unique blend of abstract and technical elements. Chonlawat enjoys discussing ways to improve human life through new technologies, economic growth, and education, aligning him with the goals of TOP Ventures.
Paninnat graduated as an Industrial Engineer but had since transitioned to the Investment Banking industry. There, he excelled in supporting domestic clients with business restructuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and asset/company valuation. Paninnat is a strong advocate of value creation and value investing principles, which underpin his investment philosophy. Since joining TOP Ventures in August 2024, he has brought his technical expertise, market insights, and value-driven approach to the table, supporting TOP Venture in strategically screening their startups investment.
Kanarat’s background is extremely diverse. Covering marketing, business analyst, strategic planner, and risk in telecommunication and oil and gas company, she joined TOP Ventures team leveraging her versatility in business acumen. Her experiences enable identify business opportunities and explore various approaches to business creation, providing a fresh perspective and new insights for the team. Her aim is to establish a top-notch Venture Partnership and Building with our strong and talented teamwork, as she firmly believes that “Teamwork makes the dream work’.”
Rojjanat graduated in Architecture with a specialization in Industrial Design,who possesses a distinctive mix of creativity and analytical acumen. With a solid background in sales project management, she has the ability to decipher customer needs and translate them into effective strategies. Furthermore, her expertise in branding and marketing communication has allowed her to leverage her creative skills to craft compelling strategies that distinguish her company in a competitive market. Rojjanat is not only a visionary designer but also a strategic thinker, making her a valuable asset to any team and project.
Aitthisak brings more than 5 years of valuable experience in the Private Equity and Venture Capital (PEVC) industry, showcasing a proven track record of successfully managing over 10 diverse investments spanning from seed stage to pre-IPO. His expertise extends to facilitating the strategic exit of several portfolio companies through IPOs and successfully raising subsequent rounds of funding. With a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong focus on value creation, Aitthisak specializes in steering portfolio companies toward growth and implementing effective turnaround strategies when needed. His extensive experience and strategic acumen contribute significantly to the success and growth of the ventures he engages with.
Pakhamon has a chemical engineering background in her bachelor’s degree, fulfilled with Master of Business Administration. Her experience is mostly related to project management and marketing in diverse industries covering petrochemical business and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). She joins TOP Ventures team with the passion to bring her fresh ideas, marketing skills and project management perspectives to groom up new business together with the team. On top, her expertise is also in sustainability aspects helping new initiates seamlessly allying with the future world.
Pawaree graduated with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She began her career as an auditor at an international accounting and professional services firm before transitioning to a corporate accounting role. Now, as a Financial and Portfolio Analyst at TOP Ventures, she is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of financial models, and portfolio management. With her extensive background in finance and accounting, she is committed to supporting the team with expertise and precision.
Kamolchanok graduated in Innovation management and communication and has been TOP Ventures key member in fund operation. She ensures that the fund administration runs smoothly and also oversees marketing and communication efforts. Her interest in media and publications support her current role and she is aspired to raise TOP Ventures publicity across the ecosystem.
Au has extensive experience in Thailand’s innovation ecosystem, working across government, corporate, and international partners to develop national-level programs in technology acceleration and ecosystem building. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry, she combines deep technical understanding with strategic execution in technology scouting, partnership development, and project management.
